北京大学云南白药国际医学研究中心副主任,北京大学药学院教授、博士生导师、副院长,天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室副主任。入选国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金、优秀青年基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才、北京市科技新星等人才计划。
主要研究领域包括:
1. 中药药效成分
(1)中药化学:中药化学成分的分离纯化、结构鉴定;
(2)中药分析:中药多组分体系的化学成分分析、质量控制、体内代谢、药代动力学;
(3)中药药效:与心血管及代谢性疾病相关的中药活性成分的发现与分子机制。
2. 天然产物的生物合成与生物催化
(1)植物来源重要中药活性成分生物合成关键酶的发现;
(2)糖基转移酶等生物合成酶的催化机制、晶体结构、功能改造。
至今发表SCI论文240余篇,被SCI引用7200余次,h指数为46,获批国家发明专利10项。目前担任J Ethnopharmacol、J Pharm Biomed Anal等杂志的副主编或编委,兼任国家药典委员,世界中医药学会联合会中药分析专业委员会副会长,中国植物学会药用植物及植物药专业委员会副主任委员。
