长期从事基于化学-生物学交叉的新药发现新技术新方法研究,包括抗病毒中药活性物质基础、长效低免疫原性内源性大分子药物、抗体-细胞毒药物定点偶联、靶向低免疫原性AAV病毒载体制备、活流感病毒疫苗和个性化治疗性肿瘤疫苗等研究。牵头国家创新药物重大专项、科技部973项目、基金委创新群体、重点、重大和国际合作项目,在Science等杂志发表论文百余篇,其中活流感病毒疫苗研究入选国际疫苗学会“Paper of the Year”、中国科学十大进展及药明康德生命化学研究奖杰出成就奖等。
