个人简介

谢正伟,博士,博士生导师。北京大学-云南白药国际医学研究中心PI,衰老和AI制药研究专家。学术成果包括:1)开发了国际上第一款基于人工智能和基因指纹的药效预测系统——灵素系统;2)发现了减肥、降尿酸、治疗NASH的化合物;3)发现了延长寿命的系列分子和靶点机制;4)开发出第一代衰老微流芯片、发现了衰老标记蛋白HSP104和端粒酶失活的初始时期细胞即呈现早衰现象及其保护机制;5)发明了代谢网络中计算酶-流变化关系的超立方收缩算法;6)发现小碱可以延长野生小鼠的寿命并揭示其分子机制;7)发现抑制乙酰转移酶Gcn5可以延长酵母和人细胞系的寿命。在Nature BiotechnologyCellAging Cell等杂志发表论文。研究工作曾被《自然》杂志“新闻与视角”栏目长文报道,获评2016中国医学科学研究年度十大进展,2021中国生物信息年度十大进展, Faculty 1000多次推荐。主持合成生物学国家重点研发计划子课题一项,国家自然科学基金面上项目二项,北京市面上项目一项。任中国药理学会表观遗传分会委员,中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员。
