个人简介

北京大学国际癌症研究院、北京大学-云南白药国际医学研究中心、北京大学医学技术研究院、北京大学跨学部生物医学工程系研究员、博士生导师。主要从事生物材料与药物递送研究,在国际上率先提出了蛋白质-高分子精准偶联的概念,发展了定点原位聚合、类弹性蛋白多肽融合等新型蛋白质-高分子偶联技术,发明了仿生智能型蛋白质-高分子偶联物、抗体-高分子-药物偶联物、蛋白质-药物偶联物等新型生物偶联物,发现了乏氧触发氧化胺高分子生物还原、类弹性蛋白多肽嵌合体靶向降解蛋白等新现象,并揭示了其分子机制,为新型大分子药物和生物材料的设计、研发和临床转化提供了新思路。

PNASJACSAngewAM等上发表了近60SCI论文。已有5项国内外发明专利转让于美国公司Gateway Biotech, Inc.和中山华梓生物科技有限公司,其中治疗恶性脑瘤的温敏干扰素即将申报临床一期。获Bayer Investigator AwardJanssen Investigator Award等奖励。主持或参与了6项国自然重大、重点和面上等科研项目,并任国自然、科技部 十四五及国家中长期科技发展战略规划编写组专家。
